GOLXI GUIDE

eFootball Tournament Rules Template

Copy the structure, then adapt the decisions to your own community. Rules should be short enough to read before registration and specific enough that an organizer does not invent policy in the middle of a dispute.

Competition and eligibility

State the game, game mode, platform group, format, capacity and registration deadline. Explain that the player’s saved profile is authoritative for platform eligibility. If each participant represents a team or country, say who chooses it and whether selections must be unique.

  • Game and supported mode
  • Console / PC or Mobile
  • Minimum profile requirements
  • Approval and waitlist policy

Scheduling and deadlines

Choose exact kickoff scheduling or a flexible round window. Publish the competition timezone while allowing viewers to see local times. Define the round duration, grace period, reminder timing and whether a late result is blocked or sent for organizer review.

Results and evidence

Describe who submits, who confirms and what evidence may be requested. Conflicting scores should open a dispute. Do not make private screenshots public; limit access to assigned players and authorized organizers.

  • Score submission deadline
  • Opponent confirmation
  • Acceptable screenshots or replay links
  • Correction and appeal process

No-shows, withdrawals and conduct

A no-show report should identify the reason and give the opponent a chance to respond. State the default administrative score and confirm that an organizer makes the final decision. Define what happens to completed and future fixtures if a participant withdraws or is disqualified.

Organizer authority

Name the decisions organizers may make and promise an audit trail. Reserve the right to extend deadlines, require a replay, resolve a dispute or cancel a fixture when necessary, but apply published rules consistently.

Put the guide into practice
