Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to GOLXI, including its websites, accounts, profiles, communities, competitions, fixtures, standings and related services. By creating an account or using GOLXI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required to use online services in your country. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you. Do not use GOLXI if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized use without unreasonable delay.

Usernames, display names and other profile details must not impersonate others, infringe rights, mislead users or contain unlawful, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit material. We may reclaim or change identifiers when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders or the service.

GOLXI provides tools for independent gaming communities to organize player profiles, registrations, schedules, standings, match results, streams, evidence, disputes and announcements. Features may change as the service develops.

Community owners and organizers are independent users, not GOLXI employees or agents. They set and enforce their competition rules, approve participants, moderate disputes and communicate schedules. GOLXI may provide records and moderation tools but does not guarantee an organizer's decisions or conduct.

GOLXI does not collect entry fees, operate gambling, hold prize funds or guarantee prizes offered by community organizers. Any organizer-funded prize is the organizer's sole responsibility. Confirm eligibility, location restrictions and delivery terms with the organizer before participating.

Participants must follow the published competition rules, report results honestly and preserve required evidence. Cheating, match manipulation, intentional disconnections, fabricated evidence, harassment and abuse of reporting or dispute systems are prohibited.

You may not misuse GOLXI or help another person do so.

• Do not break laws, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, threaten or harass others, or distribute malicious code.
• Do not probe, bypass or interfere with authentication, permissions, rate limits, private evidence, moderation controls or service infrastructure.
• Do not scrape, automate or overload the service in a way that harms GOLXI or its users, except through an interface or written permission we provide.
• Do not create deceptive accounts, manipulate standings or reliability records, spam users, or use GOLXI for betting or unauthorized commercial promotions.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile images, community branding, descriptions, announcements, stream links, match reports and evidence. You give GOLXI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to display content according to your selected visibility settings.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your content. You may request removal by contacting support, although some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, legal compliance or the integrity of completed competitions.

GOLXI and its original software, design and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant permission to copy our branding or service except as necessary for ordinary use of GOLXI.

GOLXI is an independent, unofficial community platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Konami Digital Entertainment, Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), EA SPORTS or any of their affiliates. eFootball, EA SPORTS FC and related names, logos and game assets belong to their respective owners. Users and organizers remain responsible for how they use third-party names, media and streams.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, or investigate fraud, security incidents or abuse. When practical, we will consider context and severity.

You may stop using GOLXI at any time and may request account deletion by emailing golxi.com@gmail.com. Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute provisions.

GOLXI may depend on hosting, database, authentication, storage, email, livestream and messaging providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their separate terms, availability or content.

We may modify, pause or discontinue any part of GOLXI. We aim to operate a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access, or that community records will never be lost. Keep independent copies of information that is important to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLXI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or any guarantee about competition outcomes, organizer conduct, prizes, rankings, streams or user content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLXI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or disputes between users and organizers arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, legal or operational changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material and reasonable notice is feasible. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Before starting a formal claim, please contact support and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without taking away any mandatory rights or venue protections you have under the law where you live.
